RecruitONE for Contingent Labor addresses the need of those employers that want to gain better control and efficiency in the management of their contingency labor force utilizing internal resources.  It is also a powerful tool for third party entities within  the "Managed Services" market.

Procurement

RecruitONE for Contingent Labor is a completely automated, 'online services' procurement solution that enables companies to acquire and manage their contingent labor force. This solution is a powerful tool that links you to your suppliers.

Supplier Management

RecruitONE for Contingent Labor submits requests only to approved suppliers, maximizing their volume and providing customers with the ability to realize volume discounts and market-competitive bill rates. Automation, instant electronic communications, Web-based time and expense reporting, and improved billing efficiency all reduce overhead for suppliers and help them focus on delivering better quality talent quicker.

Time and Expense

Integrated features allow vendors to track and report consultant time and expenses. Time sheet and expense report entries are approved on-line as determined by the users' role. Time can be assigned to multiple tasks to enable accurate project accounting and/or cost allocation across divisions. Vacation, sick, and non-billable time tracking is also available. Apagy's EmployeeCHART  contains a robust business and work rule engine for more challenging organizations.

Billing

RecruitONE for Contingent Labor can process single, or multiple electronic invoices after the close of a defined billing cycle. This invoice includes only the time approved within RO-C during the billing cycle. RecruitONE Contingent  provides an accrual report to aid with monthly reporting of expenses related to customer contingent labor spend. Integration with ERP solutions are also offered by RecruitONE Contingent.

Decisions

RecruitONE's robust reporting engine allows users to track supplier metrics, total spend, and compliance issues. Customers are empowered to identify and address key issues before they impact the performance and cost of their procurement process.
